UIC Design at ICFF 2017
UIC is participating again this year in the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) during NYCxDESIGN week May 20 to 23.
The School of Design’s ICFF exhibition features the results of Third Year undergraduate studio courses in graphic and industrial design. Lamps and other objects for the home, along with three dimensional letterforms and books, demonstrate a material-driven approach to designed objects.
A UIC faculty committee including Ted Burdett, Sharon Oiga, Marco Susani, and Kimgerlee Wilkens solicited and curated the student work. Students selected to exhibit their works are participating in the design and construction of the exhibition at Javits Center in New York City.
