Students showcase work from a study-abroad program in Denmark
UIC Industrial Design students Ariel Bennick, Vanessa Rodriguez Esparza, Marco Rios, and Michael Regan organized an exhibition of furniture and photography produced while attending a DIS study-abroad program in Copenhagen, Denmark last summer.
In addition to presenting their own work, UIC students hosted classmates from the DIS furniture program, McKayla Barber and Bridget Lisec of Purdue University, Olivia Crowley of the University of Michigan, and Hannah Segar of the University of Minnesota.
The students were joined by family members, UIC faculty, and by Henning Thomsen, Director of Architecture and Design at DIS, as well as Jon Mayfield, DIS Assistant Director of International Relations.
